InfoPath Form Publish Issue

It happened some time when you setup a new development environment and you start working on InfoPath forms. When you hit Publish button, it generates error by saying Library is renamed or deleted

InfoPath Publish issue can be resolved by enabling Desktop Experience features of Windows.
